Psychedelic rock filled the air at the George Seuffert Bandshell in Forest Park last Saturday, Aug. 23, for the fourth-annual Solshyne tye dye festival. Billed as five hours of peace and music, the show included acts that paid tribute to legendary rock groups such as The Grateful Dead.
