In the relatively short time since she joined the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2014, Natalie Stacom has been named one of the company’s Queens “Agents of the Month,” sharing the honor with Irene Nictas for the highest closed transactions in the Borough’s office for February. Both Nictas and Stacom are long-time residents of Queens and Nassau County, and coincidentally, both now reside in Manhasset Hills, where each have raised families of three and four children, respectively, with their husbands.
Stacom spent years managing her husband’s architectural firm, learning the housing industry and market, and establishing a valuable network of connections, which she utilizes to her clients’ advantage. In her spare time, Stacom is a strong advocate for various animal shelters throughout Long Island, exemplifying her caring and compassion, a quality she puts to good use working with prospective homebuyers.
Nictas is a staunch advocate of pre-qualifying customers before showing them property. In this way, she is able to zero in on the price range her clients can afford, thereby streamlining the real estate process. Her years of service and experience has led to a reliable network of service providers, from mortgage brokers to attorneys to interior designers.
Both are dedicated and persevering, working tirelessly to get the best deal for their clients, and ensuring their happiness and satisfaction, qualities indicative of everyone on the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty team.
The Bravos Awards
The February “Agents of the Months” distinction comes on the heels of the company’s annual Bravos Awards, a company-wide event celebrated in each office. Bravos are awarded to certain agents in several categories, including “Rookie of the Year,” “Listing Leaders” and the coveted “Silver Circle of Achievement.”
2015 was the Queens office of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s first full year of business and the company’s agents’ success has led to the opening of an office in Little Neck/Douglaston. Daniel Gale is confident that 2016 will prove to be the best year yet for the Queens Division!
