ELMHURST – A 20-year-old New Jersey man was arrested for masturbating on a Manhattan-bound R train last month, according to the NYPD.
Haljilj Hodzic was arrested after he put his hands in his pants and masturbated as he stared at a 33-year-old woman as the subway pulled into the Elmhurst Avenue station, police said. The incident occurred March 19 just after 3 p.m.
Hodzic, who is from North Bergen, N.J., was charged with public lewdness, disorderly conduct and harassment, police said.
