Police are searching for the suspect who stabbed a man during an apparent road rage incident on a street in the industrial area of Maspeth last month.
According to authorities, the stabbing occurred on Jan. 17, when the suspect and the 36-year-old victim engaged in an argument, outside of 58-60 Page Place, at 4:50 p.m.
Law enforcement sources said the argument turned physical when the unidentified perpetrator stabbed the victim under the left arm with an unknown object. The assailant fled the location on Page Place towards Grand Avenue in a gray van, law enforcement agents reported.
Officers from the 104th Precinct responded to the scene, and EMS units transported the victim to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in stable condition.
The suspect has been described as a Hispanic male, standing 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, approximately 30 years old, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue coat and operating a gray van.
The NYPD has provided surveillance video footage of the gray van in question.
