It’s the kind of deal that The Donald loves to make.
After going up for auction earlier this year, the childhood home of President Donald Trump was flipped and sold for nearly twice as much as it was sold for at auction.
The home, located at 85-15 Wareham Place in Jamaica Estates, was put up for auction by Paramount Realty USA and sold originally for $1.39 million to Manhattan real estate investor Michael Davis. Last week, Davis sold the property for $2.14 million.
Paramount Realty USA has not released the name of the buyer of the home, where President Trump lived until he was 4-years-old. However, Haghani told DNAinfo that the name of the entity that bought the home was called Trump Birth Home LLC.
Built in 1940, the home was originally listed at $1.6 million and was later reduced to $1.39 million this past summer. The auction was originally set to take place in October on the night of the third debate between President Trump and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, but it was postponed to a later date.
