Developers are planning to turn a parking lot in Corona into a nine-story, mixed-use building.

Located at 39-14 114th St., the lot belongs to Lam & Lam Engineering, the same company that filed permits with the Department of Buildings (DOB) to develop the space, which New York Yimby first reported.

The building will include 19,280 square feet for residential units, 19,099 square feet for a”transient hotel,” an existing store and office space and 4,654 square feet for a medical facility.

According to DOB permits, the medical offices will be located on the first and second floor, the 24-room hotel will be on the third and fourth floors and the residential units will be located on the remaining five floors.  The development will also include 27 parking spaces.

King’s Empire Group LLC is responsible for development.
