Schneps Media is thrilled to announce its inaugural Queens PowerList event is scheduled to take place Thursday, Oct. 27, at Terrace on the Park.
The event is a celebration of those named to the list for their continued commitment, impact and influence that they have sustained on Queens’ existence over the past year. The most influential movers and shakers in Queens will be included in this exclusive list.
For close to 20 years, Schneps Media has named individuals to the the Long Island Press PowerList and for the last two years they have named individuals to the Bronx PowerList and Dan’s Papers Powerlist of the East End.
Adding the Queens PowerList to the event roster is a welcome addition and pays homage to the borough where Schneps Media began over 30 years ago.
The event is the culmination of a selection process by the Schneps Media’s Queens editorial board and the significant visibility garnered via web, print and digital throughout the Schneps network. The event serves to connect and celebrate the accomplishments of those who make Queens the incredible place to live, work and play.
The PowerListers will be a mix of those from the business, nonprofit and political industries and will celebrate the diversity of Queens, the most diverse place on planet Earth.
