The New York Lottery announced a top-prize winning ticket for the Sept. 8 TAKE 5 drawing worth $9,683 was purchased at Ragtime Newsstand Lotto Inc., located at 157-48 Crossbay Blvd. in Howard Beach.
The drawing is televised twice at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Lottery winnings must be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The New York Lottery is North America’s most profitable lottery, giving $3.6 billion in the last fiscal year to help support education in the state.
