The facility aims to address rising concerns about obesity, diabetes and heart disease by fostering healthier lifestyles within the community. “In an age where these chronic illnesses are leading causes of mortality, we are on a mission to help anyone in the community looking to live a stronger, healthier lifestyle,” Yuen added.

Another notable attendee was Rachel Kellner, owner of Aigner Chocolates in Forest Hills and a client of Yuen’s. “I am so thrilled to have Justin and Here We Go Fitness join the Metro Village of Forest Hills community! I am already a client of Justin’s and am so excited to spread the word about his studio.” Kellner added, “What’s better than eating chocolate at Aigner’s and then working it off at Here We Go Fitness?!”

“HWG is not just a fitness center. It’s a place where you not only build your physical strength but your confidence,” said Patricia Reilly, a current member of the gym. “The moment you walk through the door, you feel this wave come over you, and you can conquer and crush anything that Justin throws at you. The level of support you get while working out is like no other. When you leave, you feel like you just kicked ass and won the ultimate fight.”
