He is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

As Chief Quality Officer, Dr. Bloise will oversee quality and patient safety, infection prevention and control, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His work will focus on fostering a culture of high reliability and delivering exceptional clinical care to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Dr. Bloise joins EHS with nearly a decade of experience in quality and patient safety. He previously served as Senior Director, Quality, Analytics & Patient Safety at New York-Presbyterian Hospital for seven years. Before that, he was Corporate Director of Quality & Patient Safety. He earned his Doctorate of Medical Science degree from the University of Lynchburg and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College. Dr. Bloise also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Touro College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from Quinnipiac University.

“The addition of Mr. Rossi and Dr. Bloise strengthens our ability to provide high-quality, person-centered care to the community we serve,” said Donald T. Morrish, MD, MMM, Chief Executive Officer at EHS. “We are pleased to welcome them and are confident their collective expertise will enhance care delivery, patient outcomes, and organizational efficiency at EHS.”
