Unidentified human remains were found inside a black duffel bag along the Far Rockaway shoreline Monday morning, police said.
At about 10:45 a.m., cops responded to a 911 call at 14-52 Gipson St. where they discovered the remains inside the bag along the shore.
Emergency personnel pronounced the individual as dead and it was not immediately clear if the bag contained a whole body or parts of a human body.
The Medical Examiner will now determine the cause of death and the investigation is still ongoing.
