The JFK Chamber of Commerce will host one of its biggest annual networking events on Wednesday, November 2, at the Ramada Plaza Hotel at JFK Airport with Bill DeCota, Director of Aviation for the Port Authority delivering the keynote address.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. with a seminar, followed by three hours worth of networking and a luncheon that is expected to attract nearly 120 people.
“We’ve been doing this for the past 12 years, and it’s always been a very successful event,” said Millie Amsterdam, one of the event organizers. “The people look forward to it, and it’s an opportunity to work with the airport and the people at the airport.”
Organizers are hoping for an even bigger turnout than in past years.
Admission to the seminar as well as the trade show is free, and the cost of the luncheon is $35.
