Bureaucracy makes us crazy

We are an aged population, our vision is going from bad to worse, our movements are slowing and modern bureaucracy/technology makes us crazy.
At the bank, they have pin verification outside for us to insert the card; tellers speak so fast that sometimes we, the seniors do not understand. The fact is we are becoming older and modern technology/bureaucracy is killing us.
Please, remember, there are many seniors. Be patient with us.
