Latimer told Queens Business Today that many members of his staff have been in the neighborhood for a long time, meaning that they have developed relationships within the community. They also volunteer their time and services outside of the dealership.
“Our philosophy is that we want to be part of the neighborhood,” said Latimer. “We want to be good neighbors.”

“The perception that [car] service at an auto dealership is too expensive is incorrect,” said Latimer. “The dealerships are licensed and have the backing of the company.”

The sales department is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday; the service department is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
