Frank Russo Sr. passed away recently. Original owner of Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach, Russo’s funeral arrangements were handled by the Cassese Funeral Home. Interment was at Our Lady of Grace Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that checks be made payable to Angels on the Bay, 162-45 Cross Bay Blvd., Howard Beach, NY 11414.
