Maxine Capers

Maxine Capers of Rosedale, an evangelist and minister of music, passed away on May 18. She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Samuel, her daughter Fostine, her son Micah, three grandchildren, three brothers, two sisters-in-law, and other family and friends. Arrangements were handled by the Gilmore Funeral Home in St. Albans. Services were held at Christ Tabernacle in Glendale.
