Agnes M. Forkin

Agnes M. Forkin passed away on July 1. A former resident of Flushing House and Woodcrest Nursing Home, she was the beloved wife of the late James. Loving mother of Rosemary, retired NYPD and James Jr. Devoted sister of the late Cecelia, John, William, Irene and Edward. Arrangements were handled by the Martin A. Gleason Funeral Home in Flushing. A Mass of Christian burial was held at Queen of Peace R.C. Church. Interment was at St. Michael's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the NYC Alzheimer's Association would be greatly appreciated.
