As part of “Make Someone Smile Week,” Chris Tsouratakis, owner of the Booth Flower Shop, located at 57-07 Main Street in Flushing, donated 35 floral arrangements in a smiley mug with yellow and white daisies and roses, to the Mother/Baby Unit at New York Hospital Queens (NYHQ).
Since taking over the Booth Flower Shop, Tsouratakis has made a similar donation to NYHQ during “Make Someone Smile Week,” each of the last three July's.
“We wanted to give back to the community,” Tsouratakis said. “It just brings a smile to the patients.”
Booth Flower Shop specializes in fruit and gourmet baskets and flowers of all occasions.
