Addabbo announced Jan. 9 that his wife, Dawn, had given birth to their second daughter, Arianna, around 12 p.m. Addabbo said Arianna weighed in at 8 pounds 3 ounces.
Addabbo and his wife, a former Glendale resident, live in Ozone Park. Their first daughter, Alexis, is now 2 1/2 years old.
A lifelong resident of Ozone Park, Addabbo was elected to the City Council in 2001. Addabbo followed in the footsteps of his father, the late Joseph Addabbo Sr., who was a U.S. congressman for more than 20 years.
