John F. Corcoran

John F. Corcoran, formerly of Elmont, retired Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court of Queens County, passed away on August 3.
Beloved husband of Eileen and the late Mary. Dear father of John, Geralyn, Teresa Grgas. Step-father of Stacie Corcoran and Stephen Falanga. Father-in-law of Gina, Steve, Gene and Peggy.
Cherished grandfather of Stacey, Ashley, Grace, Elisa, Matthew, Stevie, Maddie and Julian. Dear brother of Eleanor Moylan, Teresa Lotierzo, Frances McBride, Joseph, Patrick, Denis and the late James, Thomas and Michael. Brother-in-law of Peter, Mike, Patrick, Jeri, Arlene, Elaine, Jim, Kathleen, Thomas, Ilona, Robert, Mary, Pat, Brian, Brigid, Peggy and the late Barbara, Mickey and John. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were handled by the Krauss Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection was held at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Elmont. Interment was at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Heart Association.
