Two vans were involved in an accident at the Horace Harding Expressway and Utopia Parkway on January 8. One of the vehicles mounted the sidewalk and rammed into the Arby’s Restaurant, killing a 67-year-old woman, identified as Caroline Leung. The driver of one of the vans was arrested for possession of marijuana.
