Man Found Dead Inside Apartment

On Thursday, January 17, police responded to a second-floor apartment inside of 24-39 42nd Street after receiving a call of an unconscious man.
Upon arrival, police found the 31-year-old victim unconscious and unresponsive. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The identity of the man is pending family notification. A medical examiner is to determine the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.
