Souperbowl kids are champs

P.S. 205 in Bayside is the Alexander Graham Bell School. The kids there heeded the call of charity and decided to have a “Souperbowl,” where they collect canned goods for the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, and celebrate the NY Giants being in the championship game.
Families of patients at Schneider Children’s Hospital in Lake Success can find accommodations at Ronald McDonald house while their kids are in treatment. The idea for the drive got its kick-off after a P.S. 205 student had to go there.
On Friday, February 1, staff and students brought their donations and wore Giants gear in a pre-pre-game celebration.
