BAYSIDE — Jewelry and other valuables were taken from a Bayside home that was burglarized Sunday, police said. The unknown suspect forcibly opened a rear door and entered the home on the 53rd Avenue block of 201st Street some time between 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Sunday, police said. Cash, jewelry and a handbag were stolen from the home, police said.
