Celebrating
St. Joseph’s Day

The Howard Beach Columbus Day Foundation hosted its first annual St. Joseph’s Day celebration at Roma View in Howard Beach, complete with a St. Joseph altar. Guest sponsor was the Coalition of Italian American Associations. With 450 people in attendance, guests were treated to authentic Sicilian food, music, and even appearances by some “Sopranos”?cast members. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the poor in a church in Sicily named in honor of St. Joseph.
