Rosanna Scotto, co-host of “Good Day New York” and part of WNYW-FOX 5 News since 1986, will be named “Top Woman of the Year” at the 7th Annual Top Women in Business Networking Awards Dinner presented by American Airlines.
The Awards ceremony on Thursday April 2, hosted by The Queens Courier and Queens Business Today, will also honor other New York Metro area women who demonstrate outstanding leadership within their business and local communities.
“She’s a superb role model, devoted and passionate about what she does,” said Victoria Schneps-Yunis, publisher of The Queens Courier family of newspapers. “We are delighted to honor her.”
The 7th Annual Top Women in Business Networking Awards Dinner presented by American Airlines will take place Tuesday, April 2, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Terrace on the Park, located at 52-11 111th Street, Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.
Expected to attract more than 800 people, the awards ceremony will feature the opportunity to network with top business professionals and participate in an expo with the area’s leading businesses. There will also be a silent auction with proceeds benefiting the Queens Centers for Progress, www.queenscp.org.
The ticket price of $85 includes drinks and formal dinner.
