Padavan fledges another eagle

Boy Scout Troop 153, which meets at Saint Anastasia Catholic Church in Douglaston, has a brand-new Eagle Scout.
State Senator Frank Padavan honored the new Eagle, Ryan Matthew Furlong, during his Court of Honor ceremony on Saturday May 9 at the Douglaston Club.
Padavan presented Ryan with the New York State Senate Medal of Outstanding Achievement and a Certificate of Merit in recognition of his attaining the highest rank in scouting.
