Hofstra Summer Camps will host an open house on Sunday, February 7 from noon to 2:30 p.m. at the Hofstra University Physical Fitness Center.
Youngsters can participate in activities like rock wall climbing, inflatable rides and carnival games, while their parents learn more about Hofstra Summer Camps, the largest university-based camp on the East coast.
They offer a range of stimulating specialty camps for grades K-9, including musical theater, dancing, video game development, science and athletics; and Sports Academy camps for grades 2-12, offering instruction from NCAA coaches in baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, pep band, dance, cross country, softball, and cheerleading.
On-site camp registration is available at the open house and a drawing will be held for a free session of camp.
