Community celebrates as Ulrich takes oath

City Councilmember Eric Ulrich (left), with wife Yadira, was sworn in by Judge John Ingram at the Scholars’ Academy in Rockaway on Sunday, January 17. Nearly 500 people attended the ceremonial swearing-in for Ulrich’s first full term as City Councilmember, as he previously won the Special Election to fill Senator Joseph Addabbo’s seat.
