Best in SNOW

Following the blizzard, Kevin York and a few friends constructed this giant snowman in front of York’s Howard Beach home. He is nearly half the size of the two-story house and neighbors were amazed. From his base to the top of his hat, this frozen sculpture measures 10 feet 7 inches.
