RIDGEWOOD — A 19-year-old man was arraigned two weeks ago after he allegedly fled the scene of a car accident that took place at the corner of Greene and Woodward avenues, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Xhuljen Rrahmani was charged March 10 with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, according to the DA’s office.
Earlier that afternoon, Rrahmani allegedly struck the passenger side of a 2007 Toyota that was at the corner and ran away before the driver could ask him for his licence and other information, according to the criminal complaint.
The driver did not suffer serious injury during the accident, the complaint said.
