Hundreds of parishioners and other savvy citizens found their way to St. Sarkis Armenian Church in the Back Bay section of Douglaston recently, to attend the church’s “To Your Health” expo, co-sponsored by State Senator Frank Padavan and City Councilmember Dan Halloran.
For several hours on Sunday, April 18, attendees got such medical services as glucose checks and accessed up-to-date health and wellness information from over 40 health care and community groups.
