Man missing from Creedmoor

Wayne Ferrand, 57, is missing from the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center.

He was last seen on August 5, wearing a blue and white T-shirt and blue jeans. The missing is 6′ tall, weighs 200 pounds, has brown eyes and brown and gray hair. He is in good physical condition but poor mental condition.
