Manolo’s Closed for Dealing Cocaine

In late July, Manolo’s Mexican Restaurant (located on Greenpoint Ave. and 47th)  abruptly closed — and many believed that it fell victim to a difficult economy.

However, police confirmed last night, that it was shut down due to cocaine dealing on the premises. The owners were arrested at the time.

Last month, a court order was attached to Manolo’s front door that prohibited the owners from removing items from the premises.
