VIDEO: City rolls out electronic voting machines for Primary Day

Officials from the city Board of Elections led a demonstration in Maspeth of new voting machines, which will be in place for Tuesday's primary. Voters will be handed ballots that should be filled out with a pen by hand and then placed in a machine to be scanned. The machine should then show that one ballot has been counted.
