Thanksgiving Concerts
Thalia Spanish Theatre
Friday, November 26 to Sunday, November 28

Thalia Spanish Theatre, located at 41-17 Greenpoint Avenue in Sunnyside, will hold Thanksgiving concerts at 8 p.m. on Friday, November 26 and Saturday, November 27 and at 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 28.
The concerts will be the trio musical “Flamenco” on Friday, Cuban Charanga band Sonsublime on Saturday and the Spanish operetta and romantic Latino song show “Zazuelas & Boleros” on Sunday.
Tickets are $25 for one concert, $44 for two and $60 for all three.

Post-Thanksgiving Hike
Alley Pond Park
Saturday, November 27

There will be a post-Thanksgiving hike at Alley Pond Park, located at Little Neck Bay to Springfield Boulevard and Union Turnpike, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 27.
Attendees will hike on some of Alley Pond’s longest trails. The event is being organized by the Urban Park Rangers and is free of charge.

Creative Writing Workshop
North Hills Library
Monday, November 29

North Hills Library, located at 57-04 Marathon Parkway in Little Neck, will hold a creative writing workshop at 6 p.m. on Monday, November 29.
The workshop is for poetry and fiction. Preregistration is required and can be done at the library’s reference desk.

‘On Being An Artist’
The Noguchi Museum
Through April 24

The exhibition “On Becoming An Artist: Isamu Noguchi and His Contemporaries, 1922-1960” opened on November 17 and will remain on display at The Noguchi Museum, located at 9-01 33rd Road in Long Island City, through April 24.
