Help find shooter as two others arrested

Police are asking for your help in locating Kyle Rivera, who is wanted in connection with a homicide in May of this year.
On Saturday, May 22, police say Rivera was involved in a verbal dispute with the victim. Rivera, along with a group of individuals, allegedly assaulted the victim, identified as Stefan Middleton, 34. As he was attempting to flee the scene, he was shot in the torso by Rivera. Middleton was taken to Elmhurst Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Rivera also goes by the aliases “White Chocolate” and “Dub C.” He is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old, approximately 6′ tall, 170 pounds with a long ponytail and facial hair. He is known to drive a gray Dodge Charger.
Rivera’s two accomplices – Lashawn Battle, 21, of West Sayville, and Anthony Johnson, 24 – have been arrested. Battle faces charges of murder, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Johnson is charged with assault and gang assault.
