Despite providing the public with a clear photo, the police have yet to make an arrest of the man who robbed the Chase Bank at Queens Blvd in Sunnyside.
On Monday, December 20, 2010 at approximately 11:00 am the pictured man allegedly entered the Chase Bank located at 47-11 Queens Boulevard, approached a teller armed with a handgun in his waist band and passed a demand note. The teller complied with his demands.
As of January 1, 2011, a spokeswoman for the NYPD said the department had yet to make an arrest and “the investigation is still ongoing.”
The police is still seeking help from the public.
