Fundraiser for Lindenwood man

What’s better than wings and beer? Wings and beer for a cause.
On Monday, September 19, there will be a fundraiser for Ronald Hedrick, the Lindenwood man who has been battling a very rare and aggressive form of liver cancer.
For $50 per person you get appetizers, dinner, beer, wine, soda and a DJ at Buffalo Wild Wings, 1701 Sunrise Highway, Bay Shore. There will also be a Chinese Auction and a 50/50 with prizes that include an Xbox 360, liquor basket, landscaping items, jewelery, various gift certificate and more.
But aside from a night out, you get to help Ron, who, according to godmother Doreen Lombardo-Campisi, needs chemotherapy.
Lombardo-Campisi, who launched and moderates the blog https://helpingronald.blogspot.com, said that the fundraiser is a day after their “Cut-A-Thon” on September 18.
