A Sunnyside woman is facing bribery charges after she offered cash to local cops to get her boyfriend out of jail.

Police said Anjail Sharma, 20, and her boyfriend, Jose Reyes, 19, were driving at 58th Street and Broadway in Woodside on Sept. 13 when police from Precinct 108 pulled them over for a broken brake light.

While speaking with the couple, a detective spotted a metal grinder coated with marijuana stashed under the front passenger seat of the vehicle, according to reports.

After questioning the couple, the cop issued Sharma and Reyes summonses for marijuana possession and Reyes was arrested for unlicensed driving, police said.

When cops took the couple to the 108th Precinct stationhouse for processing, Sharma offered to pay them $100 to release Reyes, court records show.

The cops reported the attempted bribery to the precinct Integrity Officer and added a bribery charge to the drug count Sharma was already facing.
