JACKSON HEIGHTS – Police say off-duty city Sanitation worker Anthony Marcelle, 50, was arrested Saturday at 5:35 a.m. and charged with forcible touching. DNAinfo.com reported that police said Marcelle had allegedly grabbed the buttocks of a woman as she got on an F train at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan. Marcelle was arrested at the Roosevelt Avenue-74th Street subway station in Queens, DNAinfo.com reported.
