Honored for Helping Pupils Get to Class

Things got tense between State Sen. Joseph Addabbo (right) and City Council Member Eric Ulrich at last Thursday’s debate in Middle Village.

The 104th Precinct honored their School Safety Crossing Guards for their service over the school year with a Friday, June 22 award ceremony at its Ridgewood stationhouse. Pictured at left in front is School Safety Sgt. Michael Scaparro; at right is P.O. Leonard O’Toole, the School Crossing Guard coordinator. At right in the second row is Capt. Michael Cody, the 104th Precinct’s commander.
