Casino Bandit Hits Jackpot

The man pictured in this security camera photo is wanted by police for swiping cash from the Resorts World New York Casino in South Ozone Park last Friday afternoon, June 29. According to law enforcement sources, the bandit approached a cashier window at the casino located at Aqueduct Racetrack at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd. at 4:30 p.m. last Friday, handed over a demand note to a worker and simulated that he had a handgun in his waistband. After being provided with an undisclosed sum of money, the suspect fled from the scene. He is described as a 30-year-old male standing 5’8″-tall who was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
