The city’s capital and expense budget for the 2014 fiscal year will be the subject of a public hearing held by Community Board 5 during their regular meeting next Wednesday night, Sept. 12, in Middle Village.
As announced by District Manager Gary Giordano, the session will take place beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the CNL Center of Christ the King Regional High School, located at 68- 02 Metropolitan Ave., third floor, door 10.
In addition to the budgetary hearing, the board’s agenda includes a review of liquor license applications and demolition notices, a public forum and committee reports. All speakers will be limited to three minutes each.
