Glendale Pre-k Parties for Mardi Gras

Things got tense between State Sen. Joseph Addabbo (right) and City Council Member Eric Ulrich at last Thursday’s debate in Middle Village.

Before their mid-winter break, pre-kindergarten students at Sacred Heart School celebrated Mardi Gras in style by wearing colorful masks and crowns and playing with inflatable instruments. As noted, the party at Jennifer Mazzarelli’s class was made possible through donations of Lynn Coady, grandmother of one of the students. Pictured with Mazzarelli and Coady are Jennifer Bailey, Coady’s daughter, and Sally Kuchinskas, the teacher’s aide.
