Top Cops Honored at Elmhurst Fund-raiser

Three members of New York’s Finest assigned to the 110th Precinct received recognition at the 110th Precinct Community Council’s annual fund-raiser last Tuesday, May 14, at Grandstand restaurant in Elmhurst. In the left photo, Police Officers Michael Grimm (second from left) and Steven Abramsen (second from right) were presented with awards as Officers of the Year. In the right photo, Sgt. Joseph Tarsio (center) was presented with the Supervisor of the Year award. The honorees are pictured in both photos with Deputy Inspector Ronald Leyson, commanding officer of the 110th Precinct; and Evelyn DeCoursey, 110th Precinct Community Council president.
