Five people, including a young girl, were injured when a white sedan plowed into a Woodside bus stop and then fled the scene, according to NBC4.
Police said the car drove up onto the sidewalk and struck the victims at the bus stop at Northern Boulevard and 48th Street at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday. All five victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital. Authorities say three of the victims were seriously injured, two critically.
Officials say a 7-year-old girl who suffered cuts and bruises was among the victims.
Police were continuing to search Sunday for the driver of the white sedan.
