Participants in the annual College Point Memorial Day Parade kicked off at 2 p.m. Sunday at 28rd Avenue and College Point Boulevard and concluded at MacNeil Park. State Sen. Tony Avella served as the grand marshal, and Isabella Joan Hollaway was named this year’s Poppy Queen.
