Serving Up Charity at Glendale Tasting

Things got tense between State Sen. Joseph Addabbo (right) and City Council Member Eric Ulrich at last Thursday’s debate in Middle Village.

Things were hopping among Kiwanians at Edison Place restaurant in Glendale last Thursday night, Sept. 4, as they participated in a charitable beer tasting. Organized by the Kiwanis Club of Glendale, the event allowed guests to sample selections from nearby Finback Brewery and the restaurant’s menu. Proceeds from the benefit will be provided to the Ridgewood Older Adult Center for its ongoing senior citizen services.
