Authorities apprehended a man in Georgia and charged him with murder two years after he allegedly killed a 24-year-old in St. Albans, cops said.
Tracy Johnson, 28, is accused of shooting 24-year-old Shakey Foster-Bay on May 19, 2012 on Galway Avenue, according to officials.
Police said he shot Foster-Bay several times, wounding him in the arm, leg and torso.
The shooting may have resulted from a dispute over a woman, according to the New York Daily News.
Johnson has been charged with second-degree murder, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.
